What To Take With You When Travelling
We've all been there. Your flight is booked—you're excited. You've purchased your backpack or your suitcase (and hopefully a Smart Pack),
and you go to your wardrobe, pull out your clothes and then you ask yourself what you are supposed to take with you.
Why is that? How come we always question what we have to take even though we've been travelling for a long time? Or how come we can't get it right the first time. It seems simple enough, right?
Introducing What To Take
Let's dive in and see the power of What To Take.
As you can see, the inputted fields generated the results above.
But where do these results come from?
Over the last year SiXNOMADS has been collecting data on what people take with them whilst travelling, and more importantly, what they wish they had brought with them and what they wish they hadn't.
Based on this data, the six of us pulled together the information, and with a combined 30 years of travel experience, added our own opinions on what are the items to take and how much of them.
When To Use What To Take
It has the power to solve your packing issues for every trip that you take. Whether you go away to the city for 3 days or you go backpacking around Asia, you'll find out exactly what to take by visiting our page.
That said, everybody has different preferences. Maybe you wear more jeans than the next person. Or you're one of those wild cards that wears shorts in a -30c Siberian winter. The results provided are a recommendation based on our experience and the research we conducted.
Another factor that could change the worthiness of the results are the weather. If you're heading on a 2 week holiday and there's a freak storm, then you may need to alter what you take slightly. The results get generated from an average temperature and an average rainfall on any given day, but averages are just that, averages.
